These selected works, created by both graduate and undergraduate students at the School of Art at Kent State University, are a sampling of intriguing and experimental approaches to the tradition of printmaking. Each of the nine artists represented here utilize some aspect of print’s multiplicity, or paper’s formability, to create a unique sculptural work.
The communal nature of our printshop, of faculty and students working in close proximity, has always been a lively “marketplace” of ideas where we often learn new things together. We are delighted to have assembled, and present, this group of works at WBg. |
